Inspired by the first Factory-Built Homes Conference held in 2000, Milbank Industries have been searching for a viable concrete solution. -The result is the Milbank Danilith system.

With over 40 years experience in building 11,000 individual dwellings on the European mainland using "Factory built construction", Danilith have solved the problems associated with prefabrication.

• All wall panels are delivered to site complete with pre-glazed windows, external doors and service ducting. Intermediate floors are precast concrete and roofs are constructed using standard trusses or pre- insulated timber panels for “Rooms in the Roof”.

• External wall panels comprise an outer skin of a half-cut brick bonded to a waterproof concrete matrix, high-density insulation layer, and an internal layer of lightweight concrete.

• Internal walls are formed in lightweight concrete.

• A fully flexible, non-modular building system, incorporating any standard brick, using CAD/CAM.

• Amazing build time - a watertight structure within 1½ weeks!
