The Milbank Danilith service includes:

1. Preparation of detailed drawings of the precast wall panels based upon your finalized architects drawings.
    
2. Manufacture of the wall panels (once written approval of the precast wall panel drawing has been receive.)
    
3. Transportation of the Wall Panels to site.
    
4. The off loading and erection of the wall panels onto prepared foundations and over site provided by others.
    
5. Providing and installing precast concrete upper floors.
    
6. Provision of Roof structure ready for Finishes (e.g. Roof Tiles etc supplied and fixed by others.)
